This is the best stage ever!!! Won't sit in a high chair, but loves to play with his food. I've completely given up on cleaning the floor.

I don't believe you. You might cry and throw tantrums like me but I bet your floor is still spotless 97% of the day.
I gave that up a long time ago. That's why I started wearing slippers in the kitchen- I can't stand getting all the crunched Cheerios stuck to the bottom of my feet.
