John can be cranky, wandering around the house and looking for something to do. If I lay down on the ground, he'll get very happy and excited and climb right on top of me. I think it's his internal need to dominate the situation. Let's face it -- based on his genetic heritage, he really wants to be the one in charge. Climbing on top of me gives him the appearance of being in control, at least until Maddie jumps in and fights for the dominant place. Day 74 -- Domination
