John loves to bake. He has to watch each loaf take shape. We used the bread machine for pizza crust and white bread today. He dutifully watched each loaf get kneaded. He didn't stay on the counter for the entire 40 minute process required for both batches, but was probably up there a third of the time.

Day 98 -- Making bread
John loves to bake. He has to watch each loaf take shape. We used the bread machine for pizza crust and white bread today. He dutifully watched each loaf get kneaded. What gorgeous eyes your little John has!
Have a good wheat bread machine recipe? And do you have to use different yeast? We have one, but I've never used it because the first batch came out like a brick.
